Darrin Kazlauskas is a native Oregonian and retired United States Marine Corps veteran.
Prior to joining the Portland Police Bureau team as the Recruiting Program Manager, Darrin spent about 14 years flying AH-1W cobra helicopters for the Marine Corps before managing Marine Corps Recruiting in the Midwest for 7 years. Darrin retried after 22 years of service in the Corps, finishing up as their Director of Marketing and Advertising.
After the Corps, Darrin spent 2 years working for an agency with the State of Oregon as their Human Resource Services Director.
Darrin graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences.
Officer Sarah Kerwin
Officer Sarah Kerwin was born in California and moved to Oregon in the first grade where she attended school in Gresham.
Sarah earned an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice at Mount Hood Community College. She then attended Portland State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice.
After graduating college, Sarah was hired by the Portland Police Bureau in 2007. Sarah is a 12-year veteran with the Portland Police Bureau. She is an active Rapid Response Team Member since 2009, Peer Support member, Enhanced Crisis Intervention Officer, Field Training Officer and a Tactical Emergency Casualty Care instructor.
Sarah has spent the majority of her career working patrol in East Precinct as a district officer.
