Phase 2: Interview

When you pass the entry-level test and PHS review, you will be scheduled for an interview. Our interviews are comprised of three people, both sworn and civilian panel members.

They will evaluate your ability to meet the following psychological dimensions and training core competencies:

  • Social Competence/ Assertiveness & Persuasiveness / Leadership / Teamwork
  • Conscientiousness / Dependability
  • Decision Making & Judgment / Integrity & Ethics 
  • Cultural Competencies
