Kimberly was born and raised in the Portland Metro area and has been with the Police Bureau for almost 19 years. The majority of her career has been spent in uniformed patrol. Prior to being hired by PPB, she worked in the customer service industry for 12 years.

Jenni joined the Police Bureau in 1999 and has worked uniform patrol as a District Officer. She is also a Field Training Officer and a Firearms Instructor. Jenni earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Marketing from the University of Oregon, and she served in the U.S. Army in the Military Intelligence field.

Tim joined the Police Bureau as an officer in 1994 after spending five years with the State of North Carolina. Tim's assignments in the Bureau include uniformed patrol as a district officer, youth crime prevention, Honor Guard and Field Training Officer. Tim is on the national training team for GREAT (Gang Resistance Education and Training) and an ECCW (Employee Cultural Competency in the Workplace) Instructor.

Having been hired from a major retailer Loss Prevention, Cinda joined the Portland Police Bureau as an officer in December of 1990. During her near twenty-year career, Cinda has worked patrol assignments at Central, North, and old "Northeast" fulfilling roles as district and neighborhood officers. Cinda has also worked in the Criminal Intelligence Unit.
